How to delete your “MYWE” account

You can delete your account from the “MYWE” app by following these steps:
  1. Open the app
  2. Press on More
  3. Select My Account
  4. Select Delete Account
After that, your account will be deleted immediately.

You can delete your account from the “MYWE” website by following these steps:
  1. Open the website
  2. Press on the Side Menu & expand the profile section
  3. Select Profile Settings
  4. Select Delete Account

After that, your account will be deleted immediately.

You can delete your account without installing the “MYWE” app or visiting the website by sending us your request at digital.support@te.eg

After that, your account will be deleted within 24 hours.
