How to subscribe to WE Pay wallet
Subscription Steps

You can manage your account or do transactions on WE Pay through dialing *7#. You can do the following:
- Manage Account (Account activation - Balance inquiry)
- Send Money (to any digital wallet inside Egypt)
- WE Services (Mobile - Internet - Landline)
- Payments (Donations - Water bills)
- Cash Out (WE branches - Fawry outlets - ATM - Traders)
- Cash In (WE branches - Fawry outlets - ATM - Traders)

You can Cash in & out through:
- WE stores
- Fawry Outlets/Traders
- ATMs of our partners: (Bank Misr, National Bank of Egypt, Bank of Alexandria, Banque du Caire, United Bank of Egypt, CIB, QNB and Bank Audi, Housing and Development bank,Ahly united bank, Suez Canal bank).


Send or receive money to/from any other e-wallet inside Egypt.

International Remittance Service is now available on WE Pay Wallet. You can receive money instantly from abroad outside Egypt to your WE Pay wallet.
Money Remittance steps:
- The sender visits the nearest international money transfer service providers abroad that provide money transfer to wallets.
- The sender provides the agent with the recipient’s WE Pay wallet number.
- WE Pay customer will receive the money on the wallet in Egypt instantly.
Terms and conditions:
- WE Pay customer receives the money on the wallet instantly.
- International money remittance on WE Pay wallet is available through international money transfer service providers around the world.
- The wallet must be active to receive the money.
- The amount will be added on WE Pay wallet in EGP currency.
- No service Fees.

General Terms and conditions
- You must have a valid national ID and a WE mobile line registered under your name.
- Maximum number for each national ID is 3 wallets on 3 mobile lines.
- Maximum limit for the wallet balance: 200,000 LE.
- In case the line is lost or stolen, you can suspend the service by calling 565 or visiting any of WE stores.
