  • The customer acknowledges the accuracy of all data and documents submitted.
  • The customer acknowledges that completing and signing the subscription request constitutes an explicit and final request to subscribe to, modify, or cancel the Parental Control service according to the selected request type.
  • The customer acknowledges that the service is intended to help block or reduce access to specific categories of inappropriate or harmful websites, platforms, or content according to the approved technical classifications and bundles.
  • The customer acknowledges that the service is a supplementary parental supervision tool and does not replace direct monitoring of children's or minors' internet usage.
  • The customer acknowledges that the service blocks only the categories included in the subscribed bundle and does not guarantee complete blocking of all inappropriate, harmful, or illegal websites, applications, platforms, or content. Blocked categories cannot be modified except by changing the subscribed bundle, where applicable.
  • The customer acknowledges that if the service is discontinued, suspended, cancelled, or experiences any malfunction, internet access will continue without the service's filtering or blocking features. Previously blocked websites and platforms may become accessible until the service resumes normal operation.
  • The customer acknowledges responsibility for any use of the line, device, applications, settings, or technical methods that bypass or circumvent the service. Telecom Egypt bears no responsibility for any resulting damages or consequences.
  • The customer acknowledges that Telecom Egypt shall not be liable for access to inappropriate, unlawful, or harmful content resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable technical control, including content classification changes, updates, or the use of VPNs or other technologies designed to bypass the service.
  • The customer agrees to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and financial charges related to the service according to Telecom Egypt's announced tariffs.
  • The customer acknowledges awareness of the time required for service activation, modification, or cancellation in accordance with Telecom Egypt's systems and procedures.
  • The customer acknowledges that failure to pay any applicable service fees may result in suspension or cancellation of the service, while internet access will continue without parental control features unless the line itself is suspended for another reason.
  • The customer acknowledges that the subscription renews automatically according to the subscribed bundle cycle unless cancellation is requested through an approved channel before the renewal date.
  • The customer acknowledges and agrees that if the service is cancelled before the subscription period ends, any remaining balance or period will be handled according to the bundle's approved financial policy, and no refund shall be claimed beyond those terms.
  • The customer undertakes to pay all outstanding fees, taxes, and financial obligations up to the effective cancellation date without affecting Telecom Egypt's right to recover any unpaid amounts.
  • The customer acknowledges that changing the subscribed bundle constitutes acceptance of all terms, conditions, features, and specifications of the new bundle effective from the activation date of the change.
  • The customer confirms reviewing and accepting the selected bundle's details, covered content categories, duration, and applicable fees without reservation.
  • The customer confirms that the registered mobile number controlling the service is valid and accessible and agrees that it will be the sole channel for receiving service notifications and for controlling, modifying, or cancelling the service through the application.
