Terms & Conditions:

• WE Air 4G & 5G Router works anywhere In Egypt.
• You can use WE Air 290 and 460 in only one location also customer can pay a one-time fee of EGP 46 to add an additional Location to the WE Air 290 and WE Air 460 packages.
• Bundle automatically renews according to the bill cycle.
• Any remaining megabytes from your main package will roll over to the next month and will be consumed after the new package is used
• You can also subscribe to additional add-on bundles if you consume your main package during the month. The add-on charges will simply be added to your next bill.
• Add-ons are valid for a one-time use and do not auto-renew..
• Change of location requests should be done through calling 111 or visiting nearest WE store.
• Postpaid Terms and conditions apply

 
How to Subscribe:

• Click on “Choose your home zone” for using this service in the desired location
  • Click on “Choose your home zone” for using this service in the desired location
  • Search for the address you want to use this service in
  • Once at the store, please share your location to use it
  • You can easily be part of WE Air through the following sales channel:
  • WE Stores: You can visit the nearest store and sales agent should provide you with all needed information (dedicated branches are mentioned under “Branches” section)
  • o Call center: You can contact the Call Center on 015 55000 111 if you are calling from a non-WE number or 111 from any 015 number

How to manage your plan:

• You can manage your plan anytime through My WE mobile application or through Router Dashboard.
• You can access the router dashboard using the following steps:
  • Connect your mobile or computer to the router’s Wi-Fi network. Please refer to the label on the bottom of the router for the default SSID (network name) and Wi-Fi Key (password). (SSID & Wi-Fi Key are unique for each device).
  • Open your browser and enter the router default IP address in the address bar. (The default IP address is written on the label at the bottom of the router).
  • Enter the default username: admin and default password: admin on the router login page. (The default username and password are written on the label at the bottom of the router).
  • You have now accessed the dashboard and can explore the device settings and statistics.
