Prepaid bundle is a payment type for landline, it provides subscribers with control over landline consumption, and enjoying new services such as recharge balance, renew bundle, consumption follow up, balance inquiry, reminders that balance is about to be consumed, balance transfer service, Salfny and others.
The most privilege is Self-landline management through digital channels such as My We or my.te.eg without the need to go to one of WE stores or call 111.
The subscriber can upgrade or downgrade his/her bundle at any time via My WE, my.te.eg, any WE store or 111, existence of sufficient balance with required bundle subscription fee, and upgrading & downgrading is recommended to be one day only before renewal date to avoid losing any remaining resources.
