Postpaid Mobile

Prepaid Landline subscribers

The subscriber can recharge his/her account via one of the following payment channels:

  • WE Website https://my.te.eg via bank card.
  • My WE App www.te.eg/App via bank card.
  • WE Stores
  • E–payment channels" Fawry,, Masary, Sadad, Bee, Momken, , Khadamaty …etc.

*Considering that 14% VAT value will be deducted from the recharging amount.

Example :

  1. Recharging amount EGP 100
    • VAT 14% ( EGP 12.3)
    • Actual balance ( EGP 87.7)
  2. In case of WE Ardy 25 / Quarter renewal: (that contains 360 local, national, in addition to caller ID & follow me services per 3 months)
    • Quarter subscription fee = EGP 75
    • VAT 14 % = EGP 10.5
    • Total amount including tax = EGP 85.5
    • The recharging amount should be ≃ EGP 86.
  3. In case of WE Ardy 40 / Quarter renewal: (that contains 10,500 local, national and WE mobile minutes in addition to caller ID & follow me services per 3 months, considering that 14% VAT& 8% table tax values will be deducted)
    • Quarter subscription fee = EGP 120
    • VAT 14 % + 8 % table tax = EGP 18.17
    • Total amount including tax = EGP 138.17
    • The recharging amount should be ≃ EGP 139.
  4. In case of WE Ardy 70 / Quarter renewal: (that contains 10,500 local, national and WE mobile minutes in addition to 750 other mobile operators minutes, caller ID & follow me services per 3 months, considering that 14% VAT& 8% table tax values will be deducted)
    • Quarter subscription fee = EGP 210
    • VAT 14 % + 8 % table tax = EGP 38.98
    • Total amount including tax = EGP 248.98
    • The recharging amount should be ≃ EGP 249.

    Reminder SMSs will be sent to the subscriber’s contact number two days prior to his/her renewal date & also in renewal date.The subscriber can know his/her renewal date via my.te.eg or My WE.

The subscriber can use one of the following alternatives:

  • Main bundle early renewal:

    Renewing the main bundle early before bundle renewal date and renewal date will be changed to be early renewal date.

  • Subscription to Extra WE add-ons (one time or recurring):

    *Extra WE add-ons are valid for 30 days.

  • Charging with out-of-the-bundle tariff is as follows:
    • In case the bundle’s minutes are consumed & neither early renewal nor Add-ons subscription is done via subscriber, he /she can use available balance in his/ her account or recharge their balance to be able to make calls &will be charged with out-of-the-bundle tariff.

    • In case of consuming out of bundle minutes from landline into mobile, the minutes tariff will be deducted from balance in addition to 8 % table tax.
    • Example:
      In the case of making mobile calls to other operators (off- net call) for one minute, 26 pts. Will be deducted from balance (10 pts. call set up + 14 pts./ minute+ 2 pts. table tax).

General FAQ

Fixed Broadband

You can renew your WE SPACE fixed internet package through your account by recharging it with balance any time, through My WE APP, or our website, Fawry, Masary, Aman, Sadad, Momken, Khadamaty, Bee, or the customer care 111 ,if there is enough balance in your account and at all WE Stores .
14% VAT will be applied on the recharged amount so, If your package is super 140 GB and its fees is 120 EGP, so you must recharge with 137 L.E at least to renew your package successfully.

You can change your main plan through My WE APP, or our website, or the customer care 111, if there is balance in your account, and all WE Stores.
Just make sure from having sufficient balance for your new main plan, in addition to 14 % VAT, and change to the new main plan just before the renewal date of your current main plan. There will not be carry over for remaining quota if found. The renewal date will be changed to the date of changing your main plan and the next renewal date for your plan will be after 30 days.

You can monitor your consumption through My WE APP, our website, or customer care on 111.
You will be notified by receiving SMS on your mobile upon consuming from your main quota.

You can early renew your main plan through My WE APP,or our website, and all WE Stores before the date of renewal, and you will continue on the new package for 30 days from the renewal date.
Also you can recharge any top-ups, one time or make it auto renewal subscription every 30 days through all our channels mentioned above.
