WE Pay

WE Pay is a digital wallet that enables you to control your financial transactions. You can transfer money, deposit money, withdraw money, pay WE bills, utilities (electricity, water, gas), pay donations and others with ease and safety.


How to subscribe

  • Visit any WE store with your valid national ID and SIM card ready in your name.
  • Fill in and sign the subscription form.
  • An SMS is sent to your mobile phone including WE Pay App link and the activation code to download and activate the App on your phone.
  • Choose a new six-digit M-PIN number (Do not use similar digits, example 5555), which is to be used in all transactions performed via the App.
  • Load the wallet and enjoy using WE Pay service.

Cash in / out

  • You can deposit and withdraw funds through any of the WE stores  
  • You can deposit and withdraw through ATM machines of our partners (Banque Misr, National Bank of Egypt, Bank of Alexandria, Bank of Cairo, United Bank, Commercial International Bank, and Bank Audi).

Money transfer

  • You can send or receive money from and to any other e-wallet inside Egypt

Pay WE services and bills

  • Recharge mobile balance for yourself and others.

Pay utility bills

  • Electricity bills
  • Water bills
  • Gas bills 

Purchase via QR

  • Purchase & Pay using WE Pay by scanning merchant QR code.

Pay Donations

  • Donate money through your mobile phone to charity organizations.

AVL

  • Link your Bank Misr cards to load your wallet directly.

General Terms

  • You must have a national ID and a WE mobile line registered in your name.
  • Maximum numbers for each national ID is 3 wallets and 3 mobile lines.
  • Maximum limit for daily transactions is 30,000 LE.
  • Maximum limit for monthly transactions is 100,000 LE.
  • Maximum limit for the wallet size is 30,000 LE.
  • Maximum limit for daily cash out from ATMs is 20,000 LE 
  • Maximum limit for daily cash out from different outlets is 30,000 LE.
  • In case the line is lost or stolen, you can suspend the service by calling 565 or visiting any of WE stores.
