  • Yes, you can switch to new packages on your renewal date through WE stores, our call center (111, 19777 or 01555000111).
    However, you can switch anytime taking into consideration that you will not benefit from the remaining period in your old package.
  • How can I know which speed my landline will support?
  • You can know your recommended speed through WE stores, our call center (111, 19777 or 01555000111) or through our live chat service on our website.
  • Your landline will be checked and you will be advised on the recommended speed according to your line eligibility.
  • How can I monitor my consumption?
  • You can monitor your consumption through our website or My WE mobile application. Moreover, when you consume 70%, 90% and 100% of your monthly quota a redirection page will pop up showing your current consumption and remaining balance in addition to the available add-on quotas.
  • How can you re-charge your account ?
  • You can re-charge your account at any time through the nearest WE store , visiting our website , mobile application or Fawry ,Massary,Aman and scratch cards .
  • You can buy scratch cards from Fawry ,Massary,Aman or through visiting the nearest WE store and you can use it through the web site and mobile application .
  • What will happen after consuming my basic quota?
  • After you consume your basic quota, you will enjoy using unlimited internet service with throttled speed and to upgrade once again to your original speed within the same month, you can recharge any of the following add-on quotas:

Terms & Conditions:

  • You can recharge extra quota from WE stores, My WE Mobile application, our website, Fawry, Massary, Aman outlets or call our call center (111, 19777 or 01555000111) after recharging.
  • You can choose to subscribe one time or make it auto renewal subscription every 30 days .
  • Validity of the extra quota is 1 month from the date of purchase and is not renewed automatically.
  • Super packages are eligible to speed up to 30 Mbps
  • Mega packages are eligible to speed up to 70 Mbps
  • Ultra packages are eligible to speed up to 100 Mbps
  • All Prices are subject to 14% VAT.
