How to redeem your points?:
- Open WE Bonus link using your account on www.te.eg or through “MyWE” application on IOS or android where you can know your points balance, and who WE merchants are.
- If you visited one of WE merchants branches to pay for your purchases by WE Bonus points:
- The merchant will ask you for your registered phone number and the points needed to be redeemed.
- You will receive a message with a PIN code of the redemption process on your registered phone number (please make sure to update your contact data on WE systems through WE customer service)
- The message will be: the PIN Code of your redemption is xxxx.
- When the points are redeemed, you will receive a message confirming the process success with amount of points redeemed
- Upon every purchase from WE stores list below, bonus points will be added to your account that can be redeemed same as WE Bonus points:
- The merchant will ask you for your registered phone number
- You will receive a message with a PIN code on your registered phone number (please make sure to update your contact data on WE systems through WE customer service)
- The message will be: Your PIN Code is xxxx.
- Once purchase is successful you will receive a message confirming the process success with amount of points added.

- You can collect points by simply paying your mobile bill or adding home internet package excluding taxes & installments.
- How do you calculate points?
- Single tier, 1 point for every 3 pounds
- Double tier, 1 point for every 2 pounds
- Triple tier, 1 point for every 1 pound
- Quad tier, 2 points for every 1 pound
- 1 point For every 20 pounds you spend in our selected list of WE stores
- How long are my points valid for?
- Points are valid for 2 years from the date you got them
- How to know the number of points collected?
- WE Bonus can be accessed through your account on www.te.eg or through "MyWE" application on IOS or Android where you can know your points balance.
- Where can I redeem my points?
- Through our partner stores, and to know our partners, please visit your account on www.te.eg or by through "MyWE" application on IOS or Android.
- What is the value of the collected points?
- Every 100 points worth 5 Egyptian pounds
- Can I transfer the collected points to another line or account?
- Points cannot be transferred to any other line or account
- Can I transfer my points into Cash?
- Points cannot be transferred into Cash
- Can I pay my bill with my collected points?
- You cannot pay your bill through using your collected points
- Can I exchange my points with devices or accessories from WE stores?

- In case Cancellation( Mobile or ADSL) customer will keep his points balance ?
- In case customer made Cancellation his wallet will be deactivated if he deactivates his mobile or ADSL service So he will lose all his points balance and his points wallet will be deactivated .
