How to redeem your points?:

  1. Open WE Bonus link using your account on www.te.eg or through “MyWE” application on IOS or android where you can know your points balance, and who WE merchants are.
  2. If you visited one of WE merchants branches to pay for your purchases by WE Bonus points:
    • The merchant will ask you for your registered phone number and the points needed to be redeemed.
    • You will receive a message with a PIN code of the redemption process on your registered phone number (please make sure to update your contact data on WE systems through WE customer service)
    • The message will be: the PIN Code of your redemption is xxxx.
    • When the points are redeemed, you will receive a message confirming the process success with amount of points redeemed
  3. Upon every purchase from any of WE partners list, bonus points will be added to your account that can be redeemed same as WE Bonus points:
    • The merchant will ask you for your registered phone number
    • You will receive a message with a PIN code on your registered phone number (please make sure to update your contact data on WE systems through WE customer service)
    • The message will be: Your PIN Code is xxxx.
    • Once purchase is successful you will receive a message confirming the process success with amount of points added.

    • If you are an Indigo Home customer, you will get 1 point for every 2 pounds
    • If you are an Indigo Plus customer, you will get 1 point for every 1 EGP
    • 1 point For every 20 pounds you spend in our partners’ stores
  • How long are my points valid for?
    • Points are valid for 2 years from the date you got them

  • In case Cancellation( Mobile or ADSL) customer will keep his points balance ?
    • In case customer made Cancellation his wallet will be deactivated if he deactivates his mobile or ADSL service So he will lose all his points balance and his points wallet will be deactivated .
