• The customer must have national ID and a WE mobile line registered in his name.

• The customer must complete his registration process by visiting the store & sign the contract within 3 months from registration date.
• If the customer doesn’t complete registration process through the store during 90 days, BM will terminate the wallet automatically & the customer can go to the store to refund any remaining balance in his wallet.
• The maximum limits of the Online registered wallets for daily & monthly transactions are 10,000 L.E.
• In case the line is lost or stolen, you can suspend the service by calling 565 or visiting any of WE stores.
