- I am an existing customer on an old package; can I switch to this promo?
Yes, you can switch to new promo packages and enjoy the double quota starting from your renewal date till 3 months. However, you can switch anytime taking into consideration that you will not benefit from the remaining period on your old package.
- What about after the promo, can I go back to my original package?
Yes, you can, however, if you didn’t specify which WE internet package you want to go back to you will automatically stay on 200GB package on the same speed you are subscribed on.
*If you were on an old package other than WE internet packages, you are not allowed to go back to it.
- Which packages I can go back to it?
You can stay on 200GB package or choose among any of WE internet packages to switch to after the promo. Check We internet packages page on the website https://te.eg/wps/portal/te/Personal/Personal-Internet-we/
- How could I know which speed my landline will support?
You can know your recommended speed through WE stores, call center (111, 19777 or 01555000111) or through live chat service on our website. Your landline will be checked and you will be advised on the recommended speed according to your line efficiency.
- What happens when I finish my basic quota?
Your speed will be throttled to 1Mbps.
- If I consumed my basic quota during the month and I want to restore my speed once again before my renewal date, what would I do?
To return back to your original speed within the same month, you can recharge any of the following add-on quotas.
