You can make all types of calls ( Local, National, Mobile & International ) from your Fixed Landline. You can also get home internet from your fixed landline to keep in touch with the outside world. Visit your exchange or the nearest WE outlet to complete contracting procedures


Home Landline contracting fees is (150 EGP – not including stamp & VAT):

Contracting Process:

You can fill the installation request form at the nearest exchange and installation is finalized upon technical feasibility

Required Documents:

Please bring the following documents:

  • Identification card (original & copy): national ID or passport or gun license or driving license.
  • Building ownership contract or an apartment lease or a utility services receipt: electricity, gas or water, both original and copy

*All the above documents should have the same installation address.


Terms and Conditions:

  • For new subscription, new customer will have WE Ardy 20 by default which has 120 local minutes monthly, in addition to fixed Landline subscription, Caller ID service, with the cost of 20 EGP  as a monthly fee.
  • A new customer with WE Ardy 20 can choose the bill frequency whether (Monthly, Quarterly or yearly) subscription charged.
  • In case existing subscribers in other price plans (Calamy – Telephonet - WE Ardy bundles - Qebly control - 100 Marhaba - Annual line - Duitto) requested to cancel their current price plan, they will be transferred automatically to the default price plan (We Ardy 20) and the necessary financial settlement will be applied on the next bill.
  • The caller ID Service will be added by default with the new fixed line contract and in case the customer doesn’t need it, he can terminate it.
  • The value of “We Ardy 20” subscription including the land line subscription appears in the VAS item in the bill. I.e. The value of land line subscription fees will not appear in the bill.

Landline ownership modification for existing customers:

Now, WE avails the correction and landline ownership modification to make it easy for customers to control their landlines & benefit from WE services & promotions. The administrative fees is only EGP 5 (excluding tax & stamp) for the following cases:

  • The waiver to the heirs
  • The waiver to a relative
  • The Assignment
  • Telephone status correction
  • In & out partner
  • Changing the name
  • Selling for commercial shops and houses
  • Exchanging the telephone numbers as a result of exchanging the apartments

How to apply:

  • By visiting WE POS

Required procedures:

  • The customer fills in the form of correcting & changing the landline ownership and attach it with a copy of the ID to review the data and status of the landline.
  • Submitting all required documents and procedures.
  • In case of land line waiver, both the assignor & the assignee should visit WE point of sales to fulfill the request.
  • In case of telephone status correction, those who want to correct the telephone status should visit WE point of sales to fulfill the request.
