Terms and Conditions:

• Works on any Wi-Fi network.
• Wi-Fi Calling is available in homes with poor connection.
• Wi-Fi Calling is not available in homes with no mobile network coverage at all.
• Calls made using the Wi-Fi Calling service will be charged at the regular call rate and are not free.
• No need to download additional apps.
• For Subscription, you may need to update the mobile phone software.
• The quality of Wi-Fi Calling depends on the strength of the Wi-Fi signal and internet speed.
• Calls cannot be made via Wi-Fi Calling if the internet service is disrupted or during power outages.
• Voice calls may be interrupted or disconnected when moving from Wi-Fi coverage to 2G or 3G mobile networks.
• Emergency calls may be affected when using Wi-Fi Calling.
• The service can be canceled by contacting the customer service center.
• The service is not available during international roaming (Inbound Roaming/ Outbound Roaming).
• The service is not available when the customer activates Airplane Mode.
• The service may be terminated in accordance with any regulatory decisions issued in this regard.
