You can renew your WE SPACE fixed internet package through your account by recharging it with balance any time, through My WE APP, or our website, Fawry, Masary, Aman, Sadad, Momken, Khadamaty, Bee, or the customer care 111 ,if there is enough balance in your account and at all WE Stores .
14% VAT will be applied on the recharged amount so, If your package is super 140 GB and its fees is 120 EGP, so you must recharge with 137 L.E at least to renew your package successfully.

Your main plan will be renewed automatically in case of having enough balance, also you can buy any top-ups or change your main plan as well as buy any of the available add-ons, through My WE APP, or our website, and the customer care 111, if there is balance in your account.

You can change your main plan through My WE APP, or our website, or the customer care 111, if there is balance in your account, and all WE Stores.
Just make sure from having sufficient balance for your new main plan, in addition to 14 % VAT, and change to the new main plan just before the renewal date of your current main plan. There will not be carry over for remaining quota if found. The renewal date will be changed to the date of changing your main plan and the next renewal date for your plan will be after 30 days.

You can monitor your consumption through My WE APP, our website, or customer care on 111.
You will be notified by receiving SMS on your mobile upon consuming from your main quota.

You can early renew your main plan through My WE APP,or our website, and all WE Stores before the date of renewal, and you will continue on the new package for 30 days from the renewal date.
Also you can recharge any top-ups, one time or make it auto renewal subscription every 30 days through all our channels mentioned above.
