Editing portlet unique names on a page

You can change the unique name of a portlet on a page. The unique name that you set affects only the portlet instance on the page.

1. Click the Administration menu icon in the toolbar. Then, click Portal Settings > Custom Unique Names > Pages.
2. Go to the appropriate page that contains a portlet with a unique name that you plan to modify and click the page name.
3. Click the Edit unique name for Portlet icon (small pencil) next to the portlet name.
4. Enter a unique name in the field.
5. Click OK.
